    100% awesome. 0% gimmick. I’ve been doing DDPY for a couple of years now and it keeps me pumped and coming back for more. It never gets old, it never gets boring. As soon as you begin, you will feel the results, trust me. You don’t have to have a heart rate monitor to use this app, so don’t fall for any negative reviews telling you that you have to have one. It’s easy to start DDPY immediately. Go for it!

    Love DDP Yoga, feel great after each session and have improved flexibilty amd overall health. But the app always has issues. Errors or cant load or I get a notification/apology that something went wrong. I have really good wifi and signal and when it does finally work its constantly buffering or just quits. Takes 50 minutes to finish a 30 minute workout.i wont renew in january unless they fix all the bugs.

    By far, the best designed exercise app in the App Store. Great job DDP. Update: after using the app for a few months, the workouts (especially the Rebuild) do very little to increase my flexibility. Especially in my back, knees, and hips. Lately, I’ve seen some extra routines that focus on back, knee, and hip openers, which is a step in right direction.

    Working man’s yoga. Love everything DDP stands for and his approach to yoga and the common man. His style and routine makes it less intimidating and it has really helped me loosen up my joints. 👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻💪🏻💯‼️
