    This App has consistently not given me credit for “Checking In” and/or for “Meditating” daily. I have never missed a day, and yet the app keeps starting my “Daily Streaks” over. This App blows!

    So many different meditations. There are several for every mood, every situation, every state of mind. I love the counting breaths, the yoga, the acupressure. I love the kindness, non judgmental, equanimous, (I had to look that up :) this app improves my every day.

    I don’t use this app to its fullest potential; I often forget to check in and I don’t mediate everyday. However, even infrequently, this app has made it so easy for me to feel calm when I am not and have things I know to be true be told back to myself in a way I can better digest. It’s wonderful. Nice job.

    I have used this app for four years now, all through college since my counselor recommended it and it’s really fantastic. I especially value the yoga for stress video, the meditation timer, and the compassion/gratitude guided meditations. The check-in is also quite useful. I highly recommend this app! I only wish it was easier to search/find the meditation I want without going to multiple menus. I think the feed is largely a distraction, so I don’t personally use it. All and all, wonderful app!
