With Gaia in my life, I've incorporated a daily morning practice. The Gaia app adds value to my life and starts my day off right.

Gaia is awesome. Lots of information, & lots of energy towards awaking us. I would like more information on Native American tribes. Specifically the Anasazi, Hopi, Apache, and Navajo. Thank you!
  • Bizarre Infomercially Hodgepodge

The programming content is way out in left field hodgepodge New Age, with little to no uncut authentic Buddhist or Hindu philosophy/practices. Repairing chakras by eating colored produce, psychic channeling horses, and nurturing space aliens of antiquity abound. Much of the supposed educational material is actually incomplete, truncated, hype-only infomercials to lure you into paying zany cult-like organizations for their full training seminars, consultation services, and DVDs. I was hoping it would be better, and desperately did a lot of viewing during the trial, trying to find out if my viewing niche and never finding it. Guess I'll just have to run a magnet over my skull and spine meridians to erase my misery from wasting my time, and swill lemon juice to release the pent up anger from my liver.

I can't always get to a class, so this is a great alternative.

Best place to get "alternative" media. The app is awful to navigate. Cannot get to a series by clicking on one of its episodes. Can't save series to go back and watch later. You'll have to search for it again, so better write the name down. I think the app needs an overhaul and it would be close to perfect. The ability to follow a series and save them into a Followed list would be fantastic. The app just frustrates me, because it shows me something I might like, but I can't click on it to show the series, just the one episode. I'm sure they'll be adding updates down the road, but for me, I think I'll stick to the browser website.

I found this through utube and decided to try it out, I was amazed at some of the programs that Gaia offers, it is totally worth its money.
