Description

Hours is the time tracker you will actually use. "The Perfect iPhone Time Tracking App" - Forbes "Surprisingly pleasant to use…well-thought-out interface" - TechCrunch “The world’s easiest way of tracking your time.” - 9to5Mac Best New Apps - Apple With a visual timeline, smart reminders, detailed reporting, and an interface crafted by and Apple Design Award winning team, Hours turns a tedious process into — dare we say — an enjoyable one. Time tracking seems like it should be easy…and it would be, if we were all robots. Unfortunately, humans tend to have problems with 1. Forgetting to track your time in the first place 2. Forgetting to note when you change tasks 3. Forgetting to stop a timer after you start one So Hours lets you: • Set smart reminders to nag you at just the right times to start and stop your timers • Start/stop/switch timers with one tap (now even from the home screen with 3D Touch) • Use the visual timeline to easily identify and correct mistakes • Set rounding rules to round time to whatever interval you are used to — 6 minutes, 15 minutes, and more • Quickly see on a calendar view which days you tracked time and which days you forgot • Track your time by clients, projects, and tasks if you need to • Add notes to your time entries • View on-screen reports in the app, or email detailed CSV or PDF reports • Sync your time with Hours on the web, where you can track time from your desktop and view beautiful reports • Now your whole team can use Hours to track, report, and analyze time Please email us if you have any questions or suggestions to improve the app: support@hourstimetracking.com -- The Hours Pro subscription, which provides additional reporting options, costs $7.99 per month. The subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Though your subscription for the current month cannot be canceled, you can turn auto-renewal off in your account settings after purchase. Your app is outstanding. I use it to track my daily schedule and figure out what is going on. In this case, I will be able to have better vision about myself and how to allocate my time and energy much more efficient than I do now. I have some idea for your app and in next line I have mentioned a few of them. • Set "week" as basic time period. • Add "predict hours" for each task to set as goals. At the end of the week make an option to have a comparison between predicted hours and how much time user have allocated. This is for now, I will share more whenever I have any kind of idea. Thanks again for your amazing app🙌🏻
  • Watch doesn’t sync with phone

My watch doesn’t register any of my timers. Prompts “add timer on phone to start” after multiple re-installations. Really frustrating.
  • Unreliable + Slow Support

This app is perfect for casual use but don't bet your freelance time on it tracking properly. I have had tasks randomly archive, hours duplicate, and hours disappear. Now I have to self audit all my hours defeating the point of this app and making my life more difficult.
  • I love the concept but...

Overall: The concept of Hours is great! I love how easy it is to use and convenient it is to “tap the clock”! The price is very reasonable. I love the versatility of adding projects, tasks, clients, etc. The export to cvs is another benefit!! All very good things!! There are just a couple of things that unfortunately are pretty big things and the reasons I can’t continue to use Hours. Bug Report: The reason I can’t continue to use this app is it doesn’t sync consistently between web browser, apple watch, and iPhone. Throughout the day I find myself manually entering data because time was running after I started it. It seems like after every weekend, I get a notification on Monday or Tuesday saying I didn’t stop a timer from the week before. Most often, the timer is from Thursday. I know I tracked time Friday, so it isn’t possible I have one running from Thursday. AND now all my data is lost from Friday. :-( <> Feature Request: I have one feature request: integrate with outlook. I don’t like tracking meeting hours. It seems redundant to re-enter what’s already on my calendar.
  • Great Little App

I’ve tried a lot of different time tracking apps for iPhone and this one does the trick for me. I don’t do the paid version but I imagine those features are nice. Definitely does the basics - different jobs and clients and makes it easy to see reporting after the fact.

I can’t believe how easy it is to add new projects. I was using another app, and it took so long to figure out what to do. Watched a few tutorial videos and I still was wondering how to add a project. Thanx guys for making my life easier.
  • Best time tracking app

This is by far the most user friendly and well designed time tracking app on iOS. Would love to see additional subscription levels. I don't have a team but would love to have access on the web and the price would be a little steep for only web access.
  • Subscription would not cancel

I canceled the subscription in-app and deleted the app yet it still charged me the next month. Had to cancel through Apple. No it did not get “figured out” - your company overcharged me for a month’s subscription. Going to harvest.
