  • App down for days

    By highmi
What gives Acorn TV? Don't you even notice when your app collapses? I have deleted and reloaded many time, and still get an error message when I try to load anything. I just updated my subscription to a full year about 1 month ago. Clearly that was a mistake!!
  • Gotta log in

I thought the app wasn't working, it wouldn't load. Turns out I wasn't signed in after an update, so it just spun and spun. I was going to cancel but couldn't do that either, most likely because I wasn't signed in. So that's the secret, log in and it works great.

This app was working perfectly until today but now it's shot. Hope they will fix it soon.
  • Great shows, great app.

App is working fine on: iPad, iPhone and Apple TV. Enjoying the British Shows !
  • Works great/Great Programming

I've been using the app on my iPads for a few years and all features work flawlessly, no problems at all. I recommend to those with issues to use the website,, to manage your account or get support. Don't go through the app. Use the website, not iTunes, to set up your account, pay your bill, or cancel your account. I pay $49.99 a year for the subscription. I then watch the Acorn programming on any of my iPads or on my television using Acorn channel on Roku.
  • Doesn't work

Doesn't work and I can't figure out how to remove it or unsubscribe. No response to my request for tech help. Don't download this. I wish you could give a negative rating.
  • Not ready for prime time

    By BumblesandSpense
No stars. Why can't I give no stars. It deserved none but I can't send a review without a star. Bad app. Great idea. Bad on phone worse on Apple TV. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME. ANYTIME FOR THAT MATTER.
  • Why?

    By Beatles62
It never remembers where I left off. It always starts at the begining again when I come back to finish a episode. On all Apple apps -iphone/iPad/Apple TV.
  • Doesn't work

    By Roadrunnerz9
This app doesn't work on Apple TV v4. All I get is cloudy white screen after signing up. Have seen other internet comments saying the same thing. Why isn't it taken down?
  • How to cancel

    By FrustratedBibleLover
I am trying to cancel as I signed up for iPad and I wanted Apple TV...following instructions and I can't get the cancel weary. I will contest with Apple when I get my bill. Love British tv, not sure about Acorn.
