  • Great, Fun, Has Learning Curve

Great game with addicting gameplay and an enjoyable concept. However, leveling up is a tad difficult and advancing is tedious. There should be more ways to earn Simbucks through special events and trivia. Maybe a special lottery system. Or even Simoleons to Simbucks. Plus, they need to split the production stores to allow more items to be produced simultaneously. Trying to purchase necessary items in HQ trading center says it's for sale, yet, once you get to the other city's trading section, it says the item is sold. Need methods to allow sold items to be notified in realtime. Otherwise, great game and will continue to play. Also, knowing why my percentage of happiness is the way it is would be nice. Currently, there are "complaints" but when they are answered and the percentage is not 100%, there's no reason as to why it's still down. Update: Still looking for a "Shopping List" function when trying to shop around for needed items to grow the city or upgrade a building instead of trying to remember them while I’m the shop. The game needs more factories and store fronts to create more items instead of delegating which items are needed first. Needs a way to allow you to upgrade Epic buildings in the future starting from the last level of tokens received.
  • I quit!

The tutorial was good, but when I reached to level 2, I quit. It is because I can’t get money and government is closed just because my population wasn’t enough. When will I play again: Never!

Compared to iPhone 7, the controls look very big, doesn’t use the entire screen. It will be awesome when is updated to optimize for the iPhone X.

3stars rating because when I just went into club wars and started to search for enemies it tells me to swipe from right to left on my screen right? WELL I CANNOT SWIPE MY SCREEN INTO MOVING. NOT EVEN A HINT! You are putting TOO MUCH STUFF IN TO THIS GAME THAT IT IS GETTING BUGGY! If this continues I will offload the game until it is fixed.

SERVER CAPACITY expand it ! seriously Ripped off for tons of cash...seriously guys behind the scenes? You are not maintaining servers properly. Add virtual servers to handle the capacity, clean them...give all the “Welcome back...” compensation of cash lost. I know you can see this on the servers guys...get it together - cause right now it’s completely dysfunctional!!!!!!!!! I want credit for the hundreds in cash i lost!!!!!!!
  • Leaders in the extortion racket

Electronic Arts has gotten fat and rich by extorting money off of people who fall in love with their mobile games, by giving them the beginning of the game for free then charging outrageous fees for items necessary to continue playing. Other games quickly adopted the strategy to fill their pockets at their customers expense. Now they've expanded this strategy to include their console and PC games, charging a hefty fee to buy the game itself and then more money to unlock key elements. If it works other gaming companies will no doubt again follow in their footsteps. Help put a stop to this predatory behavior. Play the free games but don't spend any real money, no matter what. Don't buy the games that cost money and require in game purchases. Use your power as a consumer to make the world a less greedy place. :)
  • Wars are annoying and drives me away.

I use to like the game. It was fun, really fun. But when they Introduced the wars i stopped playing. It was annoying to keep up with and I wish there was a way to turn them off. I dislike them a lot. I wish they never added it in. For us to be peaceful and giving out to each other’s cities were great. But now we’re constantly at war, running out of supplies because you keep getting pelted over and over with disasters other users send your way for FREE. If they never brought in wars I would say this game is good to play. But now it’s a wreck..
  • Needs optimization for iPhone X

Club Chat needs some polish for the iPhone X - the font size for writing a message is oversized, spilling outside the text entry box.

Hello EA I’m just wondering when are you going to make small med, police, and fire station for free?
