App is glitching. I have duplicate songs in my playlist
  • Worst Mobile App

The mobile app is the most counterintuitive app I have on my phone. It is nearly impossible to delete songs from your playlist, and after the last update almost every single song I have downloaded has been duplicated. If it weren't for the music quality I would've ditched this service a very long time ago- as soon as there is another viable option I will be gleefully cancelling my overpriced subscription!!
  • Fix The Play Queue

Right now it works in the same way as if I select Play Next. It’s annoying when I want to put the next album to play after the current play. I select Add To Queue and the new album ends up slipping in the middle of the current play and gets played next. My only complaint with the app.
  • Piss Poor Programming

Focus on anything except appearances, please. As an everyday user I can’t even explain how frustrating it is being unable to delete a song on my playlist on my phone. Or how about waking up one day and having the same set of 10 songs duplicated on my playlist to total 500 songs with no way to delete them because the app is so poorly programmed. The only focus of these updates are aesthetic. Useless app developers who can’t make an app more than two thirds functioning.

I love tidal easy to use audio quality is great all of the exclusive content is also great. Also I’m supporting some of my favorite artists. But it doesn't like to airplay to my Apple TV all the time which is confusing. Plus the interface needs some work. Just make commands easier and fix the air play problem and I will stay with tidal forever.

  • A ton of trouble with the app

I’ve subscribed to premium but when I go to use the app, it says that I don’t even have a subscription. I deleted the app, restarted my phone, cancelled the subscription, and tried again and the same thing happened. I did all that stuff again and signed up with a different email and this time it let me play music but put my account to Standard. I think I can get it sorted on my computer but I’m rating it 3 stars because for anyone who only has a phone, this would be frustrating. That being said, I believe in the service and what they’re doing here. Just gotta get those glitches fixed.
  • Worst music app out there

This is the worst music app on the App Store. The basic playback features don’t work. It randomly shuffles and repeat songs as a default. It also restarts the app every time you get in an out of your car so you lose your place in the song. All of that for $26 a month.
  • Good, but not worth it.

Lossless quality is good. But it’s not worth$20/month. I can buy CD’s from my favourite artists, keep a physical copy, trade it, rip it, and do whatever I want with it for less than that every month. They’ve also done some shady number fudging in the past that has given big artists larger payouts at the expense of smaller artists; this is why they’re subject to an official inquest in Denmark. If your pockets are loaded down with coin, as perhaps Jay-Z’s are, then this is fine, but if you’re an average person, this is kind of a dumb expense. Totally unjustifiable, and not feasible in the long run.
