  • Worst EVER!!!!!

Tidal was sooooooooooo good before you guys messed with the play queue and shuffle. If I add a song to a playlist once the song is done it’s deleted and I have to search for it again. When I want to shuffle my playlist a random playlist I probably played by accident pops up and I can no longer hear the songs from the playlist I was just in. This has to be the WORST update known to mankind in the history of Tidal. Please fix it I’ve had Tidal since the beginning and I do not want to change my steaming service but I think I will have to. Why fix something if it ain’t broke?

Anybody else having a issue with their app?
  • Could use an update for customizing personal playlists.

It is a good music platform. An update that would make this app a lot better, would add more features for personal customization. An example would be to have an playlist sort option. Also an automatically generated playlist with every downloaded song in the consumers library.

I hate this new update!!! I like it better when I can start a track radio from the song I choose instead of a random song
  • Great, but just one flaw...

Honestly I’ve tried all three of the big music streaming services. They’re all amazing but Tidal just blows my mind with how good it and comparing this to Spotify it’s ahead of it in many aspects. But I just wish the animation would transition better between the song/podcast/video you’re playing from to the suggest tracks as it seems really rough. That’s the only issue I see with it though as I haven’t found much else to complain about. This is a really good music service and I hope this succeeds cause I’m going to use this over Spotify and other services for music.
  • it was all good just a week ago

This was my first go to music app and also support people to download it as well, subscribe and payment . These past 2 weeks since there new update I haven't been able to play any new music . I only can play songs that was already saved and played before or added to playlist of favorite before the update. If I can't get any music to play by next week and I will just delete my subscription and stop next automated payments . Why should I pay for something I cant use or play music on !

Tidal is great, the design and service is amazing. There is only one issue that I wish Tidal could fix. Can you please add some sort of highlight on the specific song you are viewing so when I am scrolling through a playlist I can locate it easily. You have it on desktop just please add it to the mobile. Other than that, I love Tidal and the quality is amazing.

Tidal I use to love the app, but lately the music quality has been terrible, the volume is sooo low I thought it was my radio or my phone but it’s the app. And the freezing is supper annoying Iv uninstalled the app and re installed it, Iv done all the update and it still has issues.
  • Search bar!!

I've recently started using tidal again and so far I love it, I just wish you'd add in a search bar so you could simply search songs only in your playlist/collections. It would be much easier than having to scroll through what feels like thousands of songs or having to go online to find a song. This would be especially useful in offline mode.
  • Play Queue

Agree with the other posters. Was a descent service and app before. Losing the play queue has made this app useless. It takes too much time to create a playlist for everything you want to hear. Removing the play queue and adding song credits was NOT the update we needed. Consider other streaming options.
