  • Slower than ever!!!!!

    They don’t even start the order until you go in and then it takes twice as long to get your food. Multiple visits...poor response.

    I used this a lot but now since I have upgraded my phone every function but deals works on the App. Please fix this!
  • Unable to add payment method in app

    I used this app frequently for the deals but in a new free sandwich promotion, you must order and pay in the mobile app. Unfortunately the app does not let me add my payment method. I was using version 5.9.0 and then updates to 5.10.0 and both version have the same error code -6001 when I attempt to add payment method.
  • This app is not ready for prime time...

    Sometimes it'll work, sometimes it'll just freeze for a few minutes, and ordering is not great. I just got double charged because it said it had a problem processing payment when I went to check in, which requires me to go in, have them call up the order and pay at the register, immediately I received two notifications from my CC both for the same amount. I recommend skipping.
  • Mobile Ordering Broken

    The coupons are great, but use the mobile ordering features at your own risk. I've had orders not go through but charge the card, orders that refuse to process, and more. It's a bigger hassle to use mobile ordering than just go in the store and place the desired order.
  • Never works

    This app never works. Mobile order and pay is always on a continuous load, with a great WiFi connection or just data, there is no using this app.
  • Oh the problems

    It seems to freeze when I go through the drive through. The mobile order thinks the store is closed when it isn't. Won't let me enter a payment method. I would think McDonald's could afford a decent app.

  • Unclear payment system, employee confusion, and app bugs

    The method for payment is unclear. I ordered online and had to input my credit card information. When I got to the drive through they didn’t know what to do. They asked for my card, but I thought I already paid. They should know how to communicate to the customer what has been charged and what hasn’t. The app gives you no direction on how payment is processed. On another order I went in to pick it up. I stood at the mobile pickup for a while and eventually had to flag someone down to show them my phone and process my order. Honestly it would have been quicker to go through the main line. All this I could deal with - but the deal breaker happened yesterday. When I opened the app the app automatically re- created my last order and sent it in. And it was a deal that had expired. I shut the app down and restarted it, and it did it again. So I uninstalled. The deals are / we’re nice but even more incentive is going to be needed to get people to use this. I am done until they are done beta testing this app.
  • Why are there never any deals?

    I deleted it and downloaded it again...still no deals.?????????? Update: now there are two deals, but only for mobile ordering. After reading the scary reviews of mobile ordering, I will not be using that this app is still useless to me. 😞
