    As a younger teenager that’s trying to break suicidal tendencies and self harm I don’t have that much money that I can use to get a subscription for the premium stuff, but it’s still an amazing app and everything available for free is very helpful
  • GREAT App but Needs Wifi for certain features

    I love using Pacifica as a positive influence and a way to help with depression and anxiety. It’s seriously a great app to help calm me down, and to remind me that I CAN do this! I have a few issues with the app such as needing wifi to type your mood or to even look at your hope board. I subscribed for the full version because I love it so much, and the hope board is one of my favorite features next to meditation, and it would be really nice to look at it when I don’t have internet. I have a few problems with typing my thoughts as well, for the keyboard won’t move, or when I move the screen to look at what I previously wrote on a notepad, it will “lock on” and not move from the text. Pretty small issues, but I would give the app 5 Stars otherwise.

    What a wonderful place to just be in. I downloaded this on a whim and it took me a few months to actually open it. I checked in on it here and there and finally I just decided to submerge myself into it. So many helpful things for people going through depression, anxiety, relationship troubles and self issues. With a plethora of answers, hopes, goals and clips. So many options and it’s comforting to explore this app. I love that it’s anonymous but also so personal. Thank you Pacifica. You give me something to fall back on when I’m feeling low. Every singe time.

    This is the absolute best app all around for productivity and mental health. I used it free for like 6 months before I finally subscribed and it was still super efficient and helpful 😊 But alas, something is going wrong now..I just got my iPad back after getting the screen replaced and I’m now having issues with the app in lots of little ways. Can’t post a photo, it won’t save what I write, even though I hit SAVE, if I try to access my Thoughts the app just throws me off. I even deleted the app and then downloaded it again, but no difference. I’m desperate to get back into this app without any problems. Please help

    With the “Green Screen “ bug fixed I am enjoying this app more and more each day. I enjoy the daily meditations. The questions that the app evokes which I use in therapy and self discovery. I’m glad I made the jump and purchased the full version.

    Pacifica is an easy way to track your mood, practice relaxation and self care habits. You can be on your own or part of a community. Also, you can do lots for free and lots with the paid upgrade. Super tools!!!!
  • Best Mental Health App

    I wish more people knew about this app/ that it was higher on the app charts. I’ve tried using apps like calm and headspace before - only to realize that the bulk of the features on those apps require a hefty subscription. This is the one app that is financially accessible - without a required monthly fee - that actually helps to control negative emotions. I would give it more than five stars if I could.

    I love this app! It’s amazing! I can keep track of everything in one place! I just wish their reports were offered in more options than weekly - send them an email about it. I hope they can help. Otherwise this app is an incredible tool to improve your health mental/physical or emotional. Love it!
