  • Login broken, app is useless

Because I can’t login through the app, it is entirely useless. The WaPo is great and I read it on my laptop, but I can’t login because it takes me to Safari and then fails. Too bad, it seems like a fine app otherwise, but I can’t use it.

At the moment my app keeps locking me out and telling me I need to update, but when I go to the Apple store there is no update. Hasn’t been more than 16 hours or so but it’s still broken.
  • App doesn't work with Amazon Prime subscription

I cannot access the Washington Post with my Amazon Prime account. Customer care at the Post as I'm trying to remedy this is horrendous! They have no answers & keep giving me the run around, not even understanding what I'm telling them. I'd give this a zero if I was able to.
  • Content hard to find

The number of stories that can be accessed without searching for them is ridiculously low.
  • Help! (No help...)

great app lost its way in recent update of app and/or ios. Please give us back a working black icon and the wonderfully seamless app of before. Update - even more convinced that this is the worst. So sorry to have to whine about a great news source, but this blue app is WP’s version of New Coke. Cancelling subscription until kinks resolved.

Ease of use app, updates constantly so that I can use offline if necessary. I use it on WiFi only w/o any data and never have a problem.
  • The Voice of the Beltway

The Post is a pretty good paper with a tendency toward both-siderism. The interface format of its digital app seems to emphasize this.
  • I subscribe, but can only access through browser

Two iterations now, I have subscribed to the WP. I can log in fine by web browser. But their apps on both Android and IOS reject my login credentials. Getting ready to cancel again.
