    App calculates the increases each cycle incorrectly. No way to easily superset assistance work with either main lifts or supplementary lifts. Still no IPhone X support.....

    Accessory program is set to START at 50 pull-ups and 50 dips at the start. If I could do that, I would not be using an app.

    I like this app, but ever since I got it, there has been really bad tire tread on my car when I drive to the gym, and my post-workout smoothies don’t taste as good. I normally wouldn’t think there is a connection, but the timing of the events lead me to believe it isn’t a coincidence. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed soon. Otherwise, a really good app!
  • Great way to follow the 5/3/1 program

    This app makes following the Jim Wendler 5/3/1 program very easy. You can follow all of the basic Wendler programs and customize your cycles. It has good conditioning options if you need an app for that too. I highly recommend you buy Jim’s books 5/3/1 and Beyond 5/3/1 if you are considering this program. Also, I had a technical question about the app. Emailed on a Sunday and received a response within an hour.
