Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of $1.99. You may manage your Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your user Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to 7 Minute Workout Elite.

    Does what it says but not worth that much money. Apple Watch integration needs work, no haptic feedback I don't see it being useful at all. Watch app doesn't stay focused or closes/crashes...

    This pushes you just the right amount and gives videos if needed for direction. Also you can pause it if you need to stop and do something.

    Nice complete workout! First time trying this. Worked up a sweat. My goal is do twice a day.I’m a 20+ lbs over weight person. This work out will definitely get you back into hardcore workout shape in 7minutes& 7days! Love it!

    No ads, straight forward, and easy to follow. Who cant do 7 minutes?great!! I don't have a lot of time for myself normally so this is an awesome, quick, and useful way to work out and really sweat, however if you don't really try it is pointless, you compete against yourself say always try to do better then the day before. also if one time around isn't enough it is easy to click it again or even add your own extra stuff to make it more challenging!! so amazing!
