  • Perfect Application!

I’m not sure what the haters are complaining about. I have the premium service on my sons pc, iPhone, and 2 iPads that my young daughter uses. It works perfectly. I don’t think people understand how it works. Think of the rules as a hierarchy- the top level is “Daily” limits. If you set daily time limits that will trump any other time limits you set below it. If you hit the block button on the daily it will completely block usage. It works so good my kids complain that the videos they use to watch on YouTube aren’t working and to that is at “oh darn” Only I wish this it did was support text messages for Apple iPhone users I could see that being very useful for preteens and kids who have phones or messaging devices.
  • Don’t buy if iOS

So this works great if your kids are on Android, doesn’t work worth s*** if they have an iPhone. Same some money and use the new screen time feature Apple released, that actually works where Qustodio fails big time, wish I could get my money back.
  • Not happy and no support

I got this app and several functions don’t work on IOS. I tried cancelling after less than 24 hours and no way to get in contact with developers. No support No Good
  • I would give it zero stars

Based on the reviews my husband thought this would be a great app to monitor and limit our 13 year old’s online time. Well he was wrong. First he tried to set up the app (on iOS his MacBooks pro) and then I did on my iPhone. Neither work. When we sent the link to our 13 year old for account set-up, although he swears he chose the kid set-up he was granted access to the account controls. (Btw he set it up in front of us, it was frustrating). We didn’t even get one trial day because the experience was horrendous. I cannot believe this software was so highly rated online. It’s a sham.
  • Okay for Android, not good for iOS

Purchased the premium version and It has some neat features and works pretty well for Android but most of our devices are iOS and all I can effectively do is see what apps are being used and web searches being made. The biggest bummer for iOS is that It doesn’t support reviewing text messages. I will be looking for another option.
  • Dorthdabear is clearly a child. 🙄

Depression is a serious condition that has nothing to do with a parental control app. I was a 4.0 student athlete in advanced placement classes and I still made my fair share of mistakes. Parents can trust their kids AND do everything in their power to protect them. Don’t want parental controls? Get a job, move out, and pay for your own phone! Now for MY review: the app doesn’t do anything different than the phone does on its own. I can go to General>Restrictions and make changes to allowable apps, websites, etc. The Do Not Disturb feature makes it to where they can only receive calls from contacts. It would be great if this app allowed for parents to do what the iOS doesn’t like lock contacts and control outgoing calls as well, for example.
  • Very poor experience. Money thrown away

I’ve been using the Premium version to control my daughter’s iPhone and iPad for 3 months now. The app is very unreliable and creates a lot of issues. Usage reports are totally innaccurate showing apps that are not even installed in the iPhone. Geolocation stops working randomly, but worst of all is that Qustodio keeps blocking my daugther’s iPhone access to all data services also at random, which forces me to disable the app every other day. These issues were few and far between at the beginning but it getting worse with time. I’m stuck with the subscription 9 more months, money thrown away.
  • Love it!!!

I have an iPhone 8 and so does my son. I love that I can control how long he is on individual apps or websites and that I can put time/hour limits on the whole day. The daily emails are awesome. These give me an idea of how long he spends on his phone and apps. I absolutely recommend this app to all parents who want to protect their kids from digital addiction and improper apps or websites. I get to be Big Brother via phone for my son.
  • It's good

Yeah it slows down my internet and phone, BUT it is so worth it. Every alternative that has the same VPN protection and reporting is paid and probably not faster. This app is great.
  • Not for ios

Do not buy premium for Apple users. They need to include the text and phone call histories!
