But I’m not sure if this is a feature or bug but when I open messages (iPhone 7+) they autoclose unless I keep my finger on the screen. I wish there was an option (if this is intentional) so I could switch it off.
  • Credentials Issue?

Continously asking me to enter my credentials over and over. This started today (prior to that it was fine).
  • By far, the best mail app ever!

This is, by a mile, the best mail app I’ve ever had. The organization, customization, integrations with calendar and other Readdle apps... it’s just highly responsive, sophisticated and so, so easy to use. This has replaced my stock Mail app from Apple and I’m never going back. This is truly what I call quality. Easily one of the most useful apps I have on my device.

This app is really very nice looking. I like the UI a lot and the interaction with my accounts. The built in calendar is nice too. However, it has a few very serious problems that, despite its nice appearance, make it essentially unusable. First - contacts. Even though it requests access to contacts, it doesn't actually USE your contacts. I have dozens of contacts that won't look up correctly when composing new emails. This leads me to believe that Spark isn't actually using your contacts, but rather using a database of contacts it creates itself from emails already in your inboxes, which then makes me wonder what they're actually using the access to my contacts for. Second - email. It does not keep my inboxes in sync with my actual accounts. Emails that are deleted on the server don't always get removed from Spark. It also doesn't always load images. Half of the time (not an exaggeration) it just shows a placeholder "tap to download" image link that, when you tap on it, indicates that it is downloading the image, but it never actually does. Switching to the iOS mail app the images appear instantly. Lastly - customer support. Rather, lack of it. They do not respond to emails (multiple attempts). They have indicated in other reviews to contact them via twitter instead, which I have tried and they do not respond there either. One more thing to not - all of the above problems are present in the macOS version of the app as well. I suppose we can't expect much from a free app, but I don't think expecting it to do what it says it does is too far out of the question. It's unfortunate because I really do want to like this app, but those major flaws make it unuseable.

I love everything about this app except one feature that keeps falling on deaf ears. They forgot the feature of creating folders. Creating folders feature is included in the MacOS app but iOS is forgotten. Please add the feature to create folders in iOS.

I snooze an email for a custom date, comes back into my inbox after a few mins. Please fix and I can change the rating
  • Swipe to Go Back Changed

Did you change the behavior so that when reading an email, a swipe on the left side of the screen changes current email instead of going back to the mail list? I think you did. Swiping to go back is now a standard interface element in iOS. Please return to this.
