  • Nice App, but Exchange Sync Keeps Breaking on iPad

    By Jimmy "Jimbo" James
I really want to like this app. It looks great, and works well with other apps, but it seems every other version breaks the syncing on O365 Exchange so that messages read/deleted on other device still shows up as unread on iPad. I also have emails that appear to not have been delivered when sent from iPad. When I email support, I do not get any response.
  • Exchange Sync Completely Broken

    By EggsWithKetchup
A recent update to Spark has broken Exchange sync. After I delete or archive an email from another device, the email remains in the inbox of my iPhone. This bug has made Spark unusable. It’s a real shame, as Spark has been my email app of choice ever since it launched. I hope that Readdle is able to to fix this bug soon! I’ve emailed their support team.
  • Best email app to date

    By DaddyBawsten
Can't find a better app client for mobile. I wonder if they could compete with Gmail on desktop. Surely their line of thinking would fair greatly in that battle.
  • Best App

    By calm_tiger
I’m wondering how I never discovered this app until now. I’ve decided to not wait for Google to do away with another popular app (Inbox) before I moved on. Spark is just better.
  • Slowly going downhill

    By Kidd07
This was once the best mail app. Great combined inbox and smart inbox. Great ease of use. Now, it's quite a mess. Firstly, exchange is broken. Emails will not show up or refresh for hours. But you'll see the badge of the icon letting you know there is mail. Secondly, the app now crashes on launch frequently. If you're looking to start using spark, and have Exchange accounts, I'll look elsewhere. Readdle is a great company and their other apps are fantastic. Just not this one.
  • Notifications are not working

  • Can’t attach a video file. Can’t see email your sending to.

    By JellyBeano
You cannot attach a video file from the camera roll. You can only attach photographs. The documentation claims otherwise. If you reply, you cannot verify the email. If you type an email and then another, you cannot go back and edit to error, you have to start over and delete the first. If you’re reading an email and swipe right to dismiss it, it just gives you an unending list of read and unread emails that have zero relevance to the email you just tried to dismiss. There’s nothing user friendly about this. It’s terribly thought out. Or rather, it has not been thought out at all. It’s just super annoying to use. There’s zero intuitiveness to it at all. Every time it does something you’ll be left asking “Why did you just do that? I didn’t ask you to do that. Can you just be a decent email client??? No? I guess that’s to hard.
  • Marvelous

Fascinating app. Change the way I interact with e-mail. Congratulations, guys!
  • No swipe for folders

    By Rod2526
Update after update and still no swipe to access folders. A basic feature every email app has and it continually gets ignored. They screw up the app twice in a week, over 3 weeks later still no fix. Wish I could give it zero stars Gave this app another try and it's painfully slow loading emails. Sometimes it just spins for like 30 seconds. Update: push notifications are not working properly. Opened up my email at 11pm last night and 2 emails popped up from the 9:00 hour. This is a problem and I ultimately decided to delete this app. Every email app allows you to swipe right on the screen to access your folders, except this one. I hate having to click on the upper left corner of the screen to get to the folders.
